Apple iphone 4S vs. Samsung galaxy S3 

Samsung has announced the launch of galaxy s3 model in the smart phone category. So far iphone 4s is the latest smart phone from apple in then market having good sales numbers and is said to be the market leader. Now Samsung galaxy s3 is likely to give good competition to iphone 4s. Smart stay, direct call, pop up play and wire less charging are the features of first of its kind with Samsung galaxy s3. Screen size of galaxy s3 is almost double that of iphone 4s.

Comparison of Samsung galaxy s3 and apple iphone 4s:

Galaxy s3 comes with s voice feature while iphone 4s is having siri feature.

Processor: iphone 4s comes with dual core a5 chip processor whereas Samsung galaxy s3 comes with quad core processor.

Operating system (os): Apple Iphone 4s comes with ios operating system while galaxy s3 comes with android 4.0 os which is latest from android.

Comparison of Screen display:  galaxy s3 comes with 4.8 inch HD super amoled screen while iphone 4s comes with 3.5 inch screen with retina display.

Camera: iphone 4s comes with 8 MP Isight rear and VGA quality front camera while galaxy c4s comes with 8MP rear camera and 1.9 MP front camera.

Comparison of dimensions of iphone 4s and galaxy s3:

Iphone 4s is 9.3 mm thick and weighs 140 Gms where as galaxy s3 is 8.6 mm thick and weighs only 133 Gms. As a whole galaxy s3 is slimmer and weighs less compared with iphone 4s and is comes with wider screen.

Though Galaxy S3 is having better and improved features it may not be able to shake the sales of iphone 4s totally. This may improve the sales of Samsung mobiles and may get better market share in then smart phone market.
