APSRTC (Andhra Pradesh State road Transport Corporation) is an Andhra Pradesh state government owned Transport Corporation. APSRTC operates buses to serve the road transport needs of the people of AP (Andhra Pradesh). APSRTC operates city bus services in Hyderabad, Vizag, Vijayawada and other cities in AP, buses with in Andhra Pradesh, buses to neighboring states like tamilnadu, Karnataka, Orissa, Goa, Ponducherry and Maharastra.

Online booking for reservation of apsrtc bus tickets: www.apsrtconline.in is the official website for advance booking of bus tickets online for the buses operated by APSRTC. Passengers have to first register at the website for booking of tickets online. Passengers have to carry photo ID card

APSRTC online booking

along with them while using e tickets that are made through online booking. Passengers have to provide the details of photo id card that is carried with them while traveling.   Either of Driving license, ration card, voter ID, passport, PAN card can be sued as photo id while traveling on APSRTC buses having e ticket that is booked through online.

 

APSRTC Garuda Bus

Either debit or credit card or internet banking can be used for booking apsrtc tickets online.  E tickets are issued by apsrtc for the passengers having ticket booking thorough online. Passengers have to take a print out of the e ticket while traveling.  There are no additional charges on ten fares for then buses for then tickets that are booked through online.

 

Cancellation of APSRTC e tickets online: E tickets can be cancelled online and the amount is refunded to the account from which the ticket is taken. Booking of online apsrtc bus tickets can be from then authorized agents of APSRTC or at APSRTC booking counters that are located at various bus stations and other places.

  2. Nice Posts. APSRTC has shown that all government owned bus operators are not in the same league. APSRTC is aptly called the largest govt corporate bus operator in India. With 22,000 buses reaching virtually every city in Andhra, it is high time all other state tun bus travel operators begin following the same model.
