Bangalore to Tirupati by Bus KSRTC, APSRTC, Bengaluru to Tirupati by road

Bangalore is the capital for Karnataka State. Bangalore has become prominent with the development of software, IT, ITES and BPO companies both MNC and Indian big companies. Tirupati is the most sought after destination for Hindu pilgrims to have darshan of lord venkateswara. Lots of Hindu pilgrims travel to Tirupati from different parts of India to have darshan of lord balaji at Tirumala.

Distance between Bangalore and Tirupati is about 250 kms. It takes about 4 to 4 hour 30 minutes for buses to travel from Tirupati to Bangalore. APSRTC ( Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport corporation) and  KSRTC ( Karnataka State road Corporation)  are the Andhra Pradesh state and Karnataka state government undertaking providing bus services between Bangalore and Karnataka.

APSRTC operates buses range from Luxury service, express, Hi tech Luxury and Garuda services with fares ranging from rs.100/- for luxury services and Rs.250/- for Garuda services.   Timings of the buses for Bangalore to Tirupati by APSRTC are both in the morning and night time.

KSRTC bus services from Bangalore to tirupati include Karnataka sarige, Airavath, Mayura A/C and rajahamsa executive and the fares of KSRTC bus services range  from  Rs.119/- to Rs.424/-.

Apart from these services private operators like SVR Travels and Rajesh travels are offering bus services from Bangalore to Tirupati.  Some bus service operators are providing package tour to tirupati from bengaluru that includes darshan of lord balaji at tirumala.
