MPV (Multi Purpose Vehicles) are gaining popularity inIndia. General motors ahs launched an MPV as Chevrolet Enjoy at the Auto show. Presently enjoy shall be available only as petrol variants. But general motor will take some time to launch Diesel variant. It is expected that Diesel version of Chevrolet enjoy will be released in mid year with 1.3 liter with multi jet engine fitted in it.
Chevrolet Enjoy MPV likely to face competition from Maruti Suzuki Ertiga, Toyota Innova and Xylo from Mahindra motors. Presently General motors are having Chevrolet Spark, Beat, cruse and Tavera models inIndia. The petrol MPV from General motors Chevrolet Enjoy likely to come with 1.4 liter petrol engine that gives a maximum power of 96 BHP. This petrol engine is likely to come along with SAIL sedan the car from the same company.

The new MPV from General motors Chevrolet Enjoy petrol version shall be available in then price range of Rs.6,50,000/- to Rs.7,00,000/- in India. The Diesel variant may be priced a little more say about rupees one lakhs more compared with petrol variant.
