Eid Ul Fitr or Eid al Adha or id Ul Adha is an annual festival celebrated by Muslims. This falls on the first day in the Islamic month of sawwal. Muslim devotees across the world celebrate Id Ul Fitr with great dedication. They remain fast for the whole month preceding this festival.  Devotees remain on fast during the day time and break then fast only after sunset. Muslim Devotees organize feast during night time.

When is Eid Ul Fitr in 2012?/ date of Id Ul Fitr festival in 2012:

There is no fixed date for Eid Ul Fitr (Ramzan) in Gregorian calendar. This year in 2012 it is coming on 18th or 19th of August 2012 depending on the visibility of moon on then night.

also known as roza during day time (after sun rise and before sun set). They invite friends and relatives for the Ramzan feasts and enjoy then food. Even non Muslims invite their Muslim friends for the dinners during Ramzan month. Muslim Devotees offer Zakath to poor people. Zakath is donating wheat to then poor. Muslim Devotees offer Zakath for themselves and on the behalf of minor children.  Devotees Wake up before sun rise and take bath and offer prayer at the mosques. In Islamic countries holidays were given foe schools, colleges and offices. They do lot of shopping during the month of Ramzan. Muslims wait for the whole year for the Ramzan month.
